Will those things affect the baby more in the early or later stages of pregnancy? I don't drink and I'm not pregnant, but let's say a woman drinks alcohol the first month or two of her pregnancy versus the last couple of months of pregnancy. Which would be worse for the baby?
  5. Does morning sickness intensify or improve with time?

    July 14, 2010, 3:26 am
I'm 6wks pregnant for the first time, and just started feeling "morning sickness this week, I would compare the feeling to being "sea sick" and luckily I havent' vomited. My fear is that as time progresses it might intensify and I can't picture vomiting on a daily basis. My question is, I'm in a very early stage of pregnancy so is this just the beginning of what's to come and should I expect to have the symptoms intensify/get worse withing the next few weeks? or is it likely that my degree of nausea will stay the same and improve with time? What were your experiences? did you find your morning sickness intensifying with time, staying mild or improving with time?
